Speeder Bikers
A recreation of my favourite scenes out of The Mandalorian. I love the fact they explored the idea of Storm Troopers having a normal 'day in a life' style conversation.
I wanted to create a much warmer, light hearted feel to the environment than the actual piece. That's why I've chosen this warm, sandy colour palette throughout. Also by making the characters shorter, with a slightly larger head, gives off more of an innocent/child-like/Lego feeling.
If you haven't seen The Mandalorian and have no idea what I'm talking about, I have made this edit so you can see the comparison. There's a slight difference in frame rate that's why the cuts are slightly out.

This gif was my initial test of the character rig, speeder bike, environment and the overall look and feel for the main piece.
I've used spline IK's for the legs and arms so it allows me to add the hand & feet nulls to the handle bars and foot pegs, clamping their position. Whilst the rest of the body moves in a realistic/jolty fashion, as if gunning it through the desert.
